1. Return Eligibility

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any penalty.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted; you must follow the return process.
