1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect.

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the goods.

The product must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The item was sold as a part of clearance or special promotion (unless defective).

Once your return is approved and received:

    • Cash (if you visit our office)

    • Store Credit (for future purchases, if requested)


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer must cover the return shipping cost.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any penalty.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted; you must follow the return process.
